"Reír para no llorar" "Better laugh than cry" is a documentary about the massive migrations of the

Venezuelan citizens and consequences of the socio-political crisis through the eyes of the comedians and stand-ups artists. 

Some of the artists have been threatening by the government of Venezuela, canceling shows inside the country. Some of the interviewed are Emilio Lovera, Georges Harris, Laureano Márquez, Luis Chanting, Erika de la Vega, Led Varela and Ana Maria Simon.

Madrid, London and Miami are the main locations of the documentary.

“Mcklopedia, La Última Batalla”

En los inicios de las “Batallas de los Gallos” organizadas en varios países de Iberoamérica, los raperos competían uno a uno a través del arte de la improvisación. Uno de sus participantes de Caracas, Venezuela fue Ramsés Meneses, mejor conocido como Mcklopedia. Este venezolano sobresaliente por su talento en el arte del freestyle participó por 5 años en las legendarias batallas de improvisación en Venezuela, México y España. “Mcklopedia, La última Batalla”

es la historia de un joven rapero que busco a través de la rima y métrica destacar como poeta y rey de la improvisación con prosas inteligente; a pesar de no llevar un cinturón como trofeo ganó mucho más que eso.

Documental de surf "Los Maniáticos" sigue la vida de tres surfistas venezolanos de categoría mundial: Francisco "Lolo" Bellorín, Jesús "El Portu" Chacón y Rafael "Nono" Pereira, siendo el primero de Choroní y los segundos de Anare, Estado Vargas. A pesar de que Venezuela no presenta las mejores olas de Latinoamérica, estos tres venezolanos lograron representar al país a través de cada parada del ALAS latín tour 2008 (Asociación Latinoamericana de Surfistas profesionales). Siendo este campeonato uno de los más importante en este continente. Surfistas profesionales de otras generaciones de Venezuela como Pedro Díaz, David Díaz, Magnum Martínez, Sergio Martins, Rugby Colmenares; quienes viajan y viven con los protagonistas de este documental, opinan y argumentan el porqué logran estos chicos un alto nivel de surf. Descifrando de igual manera porque se les bautiza como "Los Maniáticos". Además de su vida como profesionales del surf, "Los Maniáticos" también son retratados fuera del mar, en su vida diaria, enseñando la humildad con la que encaran el día a día y el respeto que profesan ante el mar, el surf y la vida.
